MEET THE HORSES

		Ethan is a 13 year old belgian, haflinger, quarter cross. At 15.3 and just about as wide, he is a bit large for most of the children. Although used for camping and trail rides, he is just fine with being an observer on hippotherapy days. He loves to be groomed, but his favorite past time is eating. His favorite game is blowing bubbles.
Mr. Bojangles is an 18 year old Chicotegue pony and at 13.2 hands the little man of the group. But don't let that fool you, he has the spirit of a big horse. He is the most energetic and athletic of the group and is a great trail pony. Although most of his work has been taken over by Kasper, he's still a favorite to feed apples to. His favorite game is ring around the ear.
		Sunny is 15 year old quarter horse. Standing 15 hands and narrow, he is favorite for our older children. He is the most sensitive and for those children who squirm a lot Sunny is great at telling them with his ears to 'slow down'. He is a great trail horse and the pick of most visiting riders. His favorite past time is eating and his favorite game is basketball.
Kasper is a 17 year old Norwegian Fjord. Standing 14.1 he is the perfect size to work with from the ground. He has become our #1 hippotherapy horse due to his amazing personality, movement, and unflappability. His short wide back provides a perfect place to learn some beginning vaulting moves. He loves to make funny faces for treats, and is a great trail pony. His favorite game is Tic Tac Toe .
